May Flowers: Field of Poppies

There are flowers, of one sort or another, flowering 365 days of the year here, but in Spring the quantity is still notably more than at other times. This field of poppies could have been in Argenteuil and straight off Monet's canvas. (Sorry, I didn't have a lady with a parasol or a child to complete the picture. Would a couple of cats do instead, perhaps? :) We may not have managed it on theme day on Sunday (we work on ultra laid back Canary time here), but see, we do have landscapes that create an impression of somewhere else.
