At the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park. Went shooting with my friend Terry . We had a great time, engrossed completely for hours with only some flowers and a few lenses to keep us entertained.

What a Bright Red

The red in this dahlia just seemed to "pop" out at me. I loved its bright petals, and I love to take photos of dahlia's, but for some reason I can't seem to find a shot I am happy with. This has some flaws in it, but I figured the bright red petals would compensate for that. I think it is better to look for the good in something and someone, than to keep looking for the flaws. May you find that when others look at you, they see the wonderful parts of who you are. I think each of you is wonderful, and I am so glad to call you my friends. Have a happy rest of the week.
