Found this in my garden today, originally I thought it was a weed and it was too far back in the flower bed for me to bother to pull it out. I noticed that it had a gorgeous flower on it today so even if it is a weed its staying, I need as much colour as I can get this time of the year. I played with it on photoshop and this is what I got, makes it look a bit plastic, not as sharp as I would like it to be

Cosmic Comet Flower

What a wonderful day this has been - I've had time to work on TWO pictures! Love it. : )

This flower had a very large spiky center with the distinct petals coming off it - it reminded me of a comet flying through space and the petals are like the ice trail.

Anyway, hope you like this cosmic comet flower. : )

I dont know the name of this flower. Found them in a garden on Ekerö in Sweden.

Its to big for a Clematis so I say...as suggested....a dahlia !
