Dear Contacts,

I fully intended to catch up a bit with you all this morning, but then I got sidetracked trying to learn about "bitmaps" and "index color", and I'm no further along in understanding them then I was, but I found some tutorials that I've bookmarked, and I'll get to them as I can.

In the meantime, I feel that I've been neglecting y'all, and I do apologize for that. I will visit you, but please be patient with me for a little while. I am trying to organize so many things, and I'm feeling a little stretched right now. Did you ever start cleaning the house, and for a while it looks worse than when you started? That's where i'm at with everything.

I've been going through my sets, and trying to organize them, so that there aren't so many pictures in any one of them that it takes all day to open the page. And I'm trying to organize my "Organizer" in PSE. What a mess! The problem with organizing the Organizer is that I come across a picture I haven't worked on yet, and then I get lost working on it for hours (or so it seems). And my emails really need answering. I'm behind about a month on answering some of them. In the meantime, I'm making watermelon rind pickles, and trying to catch up on my house cleaning, and...well, I may have to take a break from my organizing and come back to Flickr full time in order to preserve my sanity...lol.

Please know that i haven't forgotton or deserted you. I will visit your photostreams as soon as I can, and hopefully, I'll be so organized in a couple of weeks that I'll be obsessive, and keep everything in order from then on (it ain't gonna happen, but I can dream, can't I?!).
